Did you know that Art is celebrating its 1,000,094th birthday?

Every year in its honour the European Broadcasting Union's Ars Acoustica Group exchanges sound “gifts” across “The Eternal Network”. On Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 20:00 to 22:30, Croatian Radio 3 will join the project for the seventh time by combining broadcasts from 14 European cities.

The sound-performance, Watermelon or.. just an illusion which will take place at the Museum of Broken Relationships airing live at 21:30 represents Zagreb's offering to Art.

Authors of this music intervention are sound designer Lana Deban and musicians Dino Brazzoduro and Ante Perković. They will be accompanied by pop, rock and experimental musicians Tin Ostreš, Igor Pavlica and Alen Sinkauz while Ljubica Letinić, Barbara Prpić, Ivana Sajko and Sven Medvešek will lend their voices.

Adriana Kramarić is the project manager for the HR Drama programme and Iva Lovrec Štefanović is the editor and radio host of the live broadcast.
